EASE 5 - Software & Hardware Requirements
For EASE to install and run properly, the following hardware and software requirements must be fulfilled:
- 64-bit operating system
- Windows version1 10 and 11, or Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022
- .NET Framework v3.5
- Graphics cards and video drivers compatible with DirectX 11 Feature Level 10 or higher. The DirectX version and the Feature Level can be checked using the "dxdiag" command.
Note: From Parallels® Desktop 15 for Mac onwards it is possible to run EASE 5.
The following hardware parameters are recommended as a minimum for working comfortably:
- RAM of 16 GB
- CPU speed with 2 GHz
- Eight processors/cores
- Screen resolution of 1920 x 1080
1There are no known issues for Windows 7 and Windows 8. However, no bug fixes or technical support will be provided for issues that occur only on these outdated versions of Windows.
