EASE 5 - Training
Sharpen your acoustic simulation skills with an intensive EASE 5 training!
This 4-day seminar, delivered in English, dives deep into the acoustic and simulation capabilities of AFMG´s EASE 5 Third Edition, covering an advanced training syllabus.
Through detailed explanations and numerous hands-on exercises, you'll master the HOW, WHY, and WHEN of EASE 5, gaining the practical experience needed to apply it to your projects confidently.
EASE 5 Webinar
AFMG North America presents an open and free webinar around EASE 5.
Ana Jaramillo and Bruce Olson will demonstrate the latest features of EASE 5 Third edition and the Acousteer real-time simulation engine, finalizing with an open Q&A session where participants are encouraged to engage with the instructors on topics like:
EASE 5 - Essential Training
The 3-day hands-on EASE 5 training will cover all important features in EASE 5 JR and Standard, with particular focus on room modeling and understanding of acoustic calculations. The course is designed for new EASE users as well as EASE 4 users.
A full feature evaluation software license will be provided so attendees can explore the software fully, even if they own a simpler version, or don’t own the software yet.

Interactive sound reinforcement systems with arrival-time mapping in Acousteer
Paul Malpas
EASE has been vital to speech intelligibility design since the early ’90s, originally as a post-design evaluation tool. Many of us extended its use to explore electroacoustics, though meaningful iteration required inventive workflows and heavy setup.
Acousteer changes that. With real-time visual feedback on aiming, EQ, delay, and more, plus custom processing blocks, we now work as if we’re commissioning on site—only virtually. We can't hear it yet, but we can see the impact of every move, instantly and across the venue.
EASE 5 - Training
EASE® training events provide a great way to learn the EASE software in a classroom environment with training provided by experienced EASE instructors. Training caters to all EASE users – from first-time users to more experienced technicians. EASE training provides discussion and examples to suit a wide range of attendees, from sound system operators to audio systems designers, manufacturers representatives to acoustic consultants.
