We are excited to welcome a new colleague who joined us in April: Pawel Leskiewicz, bringing with him a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation in sound and business.

Originally from Szczecin, Poland, Pawel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art of Sound from the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, The Netherlands, and a Master’s degree in Sound Recording from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. His academic work was distinguished with multiple awards and scholarships, acknowledging the exceptional quality of his recordings. 

Over the past seven years, Pawel led the Sound Department at Staatsoperette Dresden, a well-known theatre in Saxony, Germany, where he collaborated with a wide range of artists and technical teams to deliver high-quality audio for live productions. This role strengthened both his leadership and technical expertise, preparing him well for new challenges ahead. 

Owing to his international career path, Pawel speaks Polish, English, and German fluently, as well as a bit of Dutch, which will be of great help in serving AFMG’s ever-expanding worldwide user base. 

Currently, Pawel is further broadening his expertise through part-time MBA studies at ESMT Berlin, focusing on business development and strategy. In addition, he has gained practical sales experience through his involvement in his family’s business, reinforcing his entrepreneurial mindset and customer-oriented approach. 

With a strong foundation in music, acoustics, and sound engineering, combined with a growing interest in business and innovation, Pawel is well positioned to make valuable contributions as a sales engineer to our customer success team. We are delighted to have him on board and look forward to his insights and dedication in supporting our customers and partners.
