At ISE 2026, we will showcase the next phase of the Acousteer engine in EASE 5 Third Edition, taking the first steps beyond direct sound simulation toward the integration of room acoustic parameters into the real-time workflow. New interactive maps for Total SPL, Signal-to-Noise ratio, and Direct-to-Reverberant ratio update instantly as materials, source settings, or delay times are adjusted - eliminating recalculation wait times.

The expanded Acousteer feature set now also incorporates key room acoustic metrics such as the reverberant field and Schroeder Frequency, complemented by distribution graphs for quantitative evaluation across listener areas. Additional highlights include arrival time mapping for rapid verification of source localization and delay alignment, as well as real-time visualization of how material changes affect acoustic performance.
