EASE 5 - Advanced Training Series
English
Series of 5 live online sessions "Advanced Topics in EASE 5"
The objective of this series is to take participants' EASE 5 skills beyond the basics by addressing advanced applications. It dives into more intricate concepts and practical workflows that reveal the analytical power of EASE. Across five focused sessions, 90 minutes each, participants will learn how to interpret, optimize, and validate acoustic simulations with greater confidence and precision.
Each 90-minute session combines expert instruction, demonstrations, and guided discussion, designed for professionals who already use EASE but want to deepen their technical understanding and modeling accuracy.
1st session, 1st of December 2025, 17:00 - 18:30 CET: Comparing Simulation Methods in EASE 5: When and Why They Differ
This live online session addresses how EASE various simulation engines (statistical, classical ray tracing, AURA mapping, AURA response, etc.) differ in theory, accuracy, and use cases, and how to select the right method for room type, frequency range, and analysis objective.
