EASE SpeakerLab - Software & Hardware Requirements
Software Requirements
For EASE SpeakerLab to install and run properly, the following hardware and software requirements must be fulfilled:
- 64-bit operating system
- Windows version1 10 and 11, or Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and 2025, except on Apple computers with M-Series-processors
- .NET Framework v3.5
- Open GL Version 1.1 or higher
- Graphics cards and video drivers compatible with DirectX 11 Feature Level 10 or higher. The DirectX version and the Feature Level can be checked using the "dxdiag" command.
Minimum Hardware Requirements
The following hardware parameters are recommended as a minimum:
- RAM of 2 GB
- CPU with 2 GHz and eight processors/cores
- Screen resolution of 1920 x 1080
- Multiple processors (cores) are supported and recommended
1There are no known issues for Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2012. However, no bug fixes or technical support will be provided for issues that occur only on these outdated versions of Windows.
